Fairmont Rio De Janeiro Copacabana

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful beach-facing pool and surrounding bar/restaurant. The location was perfect, as it was close to both Copacabana and Ipanema Beaches, offering amazing views of the ocean.

For us, it was ideal.

Good We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in Rio and we were blown away by the exclusive amenities and top-notch service. the spa and wellness centre offered a range of treatments and the massage we received was heavenly. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were equally impressive. the location was perfect, right on the beachfront with access to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. the outdoor swimming pool with a view of the sunset made for a perfect Instagram moment. the staff was friendly, helpful and made sure that all our needs were met. the restaurant served delicious food and the private facilities were perfect for a romantic getaway.

Cons the only minor issue we encountered was the lack of beach umbrellas and sun loungers which could have been more comfortable. this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.

Great ocean view suite with comfortable bed, good linens, and excellent shower. Air conditioning works well. Four balconies with stunning views. Enjoyed delicious buffet breakfast and lunch at poolside cafe. Staff attentive and efficient, especially Patricia and Vinicius. Beach setup with lounge chairs and umbrellas a real bonus.

The location is perfect, right opposite to the Fort of Copacabana and between Copacabana and Ipanema. The room was spacious and the bathroom was immaculate with a wonderful large shower. The staff at check-in and the concierge were extremely professional and helpful. The breakfast bar had a wide variety of options, although it was a little crowded at times. The hotel had a tranquil front pool area with fantastic views over Copacabana.

The housekeeping service was a bit sketchy, with toilet rolls not being replenished consistently.

We had an exceptional experience at this luxurious hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre offered a range of treatments that left us feeling rejuvenated. the indoor swimming pool was a great way to start the day, along with the sauna and steam room. the location advantages of being beachfront with a sun terrace, sun loungers and beach umbrellas made us feel like we were in paradise.

One minor issue we noticed was the limited cocktail options available at the poolside snack bar. this did not detract from our amazing stay at this hotel.

The Fairmont in Rio de Janeiro was perfect for families with children. The pool with a stunning view was a highlight, and the amenities were exquisite. The staff were helpful and attentive, making us feel taken care of. We loved waking up to a Nespresso and ending the day with complimentary Twingings tea. We will definitely be coming back!

Had an very nice experience at the Fairmont! The location couldn't be better, nestled between Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Enjoyed delicious meals at the main restaurant and through room service. The Spirit Copa Lounge was the perfect spot to unwind with delicious cocktails. The highlight was definitely the pool view, overlooking Copacabana and Sugar Loaf. The room with a balcony was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Although there was no business center, the room was suitable for work. highly recommend this hotel!
